Refund Policy

We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 days after customers receive their package.

Eligibility

Returned Hugspirey kids toys must be un‑used, kept in original condition, and come with complete original packaging plus all included parts and accessories. A valid proof of purchase is required to proceed with your return. Custom‑made items, gift cards and final‑sale merchandise are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, except where local governing laws require otherwise.

Start a return

Prior to shipping any products back, please send an email to service@hugspirey.com and provide your order number together with the specific toy items you wish to send back. We will respond by email and supply you with full return instructions as well as the official return shipping address.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect your goods immediately upon parcel receipt. If your Hugspirey children’s toys arrive broken, defective, or you receive incorrect items, contact us promptly and attach clear supporting photos for our review and resolution.

Refunds

After we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned shipment, authorized refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs will not be covered, unless the problem results from damaged, defective or incorrectly dispatched goods, or is required under applicable local legislation.
