Order Processing

Once your payment is successfully verified, our team will immediately process and pack your kids’ toy items for shipment. After your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details, allowing you to keep track of your delivery status in real time.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery timelines displayed at checkout are approximate references and not officially guaranteed delivery dates. Unexpected external factors, including logistics carrier delays, customs clearance checks, severe weather conditions, or inaccurate recipient addresses, may occasionally extend the transit time of your children’s toy orders.

Address Accuracy

Please note that address edits and order modifications cannot be completed once your toy order has entered the fulfillment and packing process.

International Orders

For cross‑border orders of Hugspirey children’s toys, local import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees may apply, subject to the official regulations of your receiving country. All additional international fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
