These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to transactions completed via the Hugspirey store and supplement our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Customer Information

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement within your region. You are accountable for keeping your contact, delivery and billing information accurate, and for safeguarding all activities carried out under your customer account.

Contract Formation

Items shown in your shopping cart and during checkout constitute an invitation for you to submit a purchase offer. A legally‑binding sales contract for our children’s toys comes into effect only once we formally approve your order and send out an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Automatic order acknowledgement emails do not prevent subsequent checks for pricing mistakes, fraud screening, or out‑of‑stock situations.

Payment, Taxes, and Currency

Supported payment options and price information are clearly presented on the checkout page. Applicable taxes, delivery costs and all other stated fees are included within your final order total. Please note that your bank or payment processor may charge currency‑conversion or international transaction fees, which Hugspirey cannot influence and will not reimburse.

Delivery and Risk

Available shipping choices differ depending on your receiving location and toy inventory status. The risk of product loss passes as required by local consumer‑protection legislation. Where permitted by law, title to the children’s toy goods shall remain with Hainan Puyun Technology Co., Ltd. until full payment has been completed.

Returns and Statutory Rights

All return and refund matters follow our published Return & Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation entitlements, product compliance guarantees, warranty coverage and other consumer protections granted under your local laws stay fully valid and take precedence whenever clauses within these terms provide a lower level of buyer protection.

Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

Hugspirey shall not be held accountable for delays or non‑performance triggered by events outside our reasonable influence. Such circumstances include, without limitation, logistics service interruptions, natural catastrophes, official governmental measures, labour strikes, infrastructure breakdowns, and large‑scale network or service disruptions.

Severability & Contact
